Peaceful Meditation with Mooji

Here is a guided meditation for you from Mooji.

When I was recovering, I found that sometimes my mind wouldn’t let me rest and so it was very helpful to listen to guided meditations like this one.

It helps to have rests from the mind during the healing period, even when we are awake. So this is a meditation for you to listen to, to start helping you on that journey.

You can sit or lie down and just close your eyes.

You don’t have to do anything.

You don’t have to try.

You don’t have to “get it”.

Just relax. Just listen.

Mooji says:
