Is it talking therapy then?

Whilst there is some empathetic connection and talking in sessions, it is not a “talking therapy”. You will be guided in how and what “to do” on a day to day. It is practical.

The process is personalised to you as you are unique.

Then as you go through the different phases of your recovery, Amari will guide you through some gentle brain training (not like the courses available!), nervous system rebalancing, somatic healing, as well as specific stress release exercises that are tailored to you.
