When I was recovering, I found that sometimes my mind wouldn’t let me rest and so it was very helpful to listen to guided meditations.
It helps to have rests from the mind during the healing period, even when we are awake. So this is a meditation for you to listen to, to start helping you on that journey.
You can sit or lie down and just close your eyes.
You don’t have to do anything.
You don’t have to try.
You don’t have to “get it”.
Just relax. Just listen.

This gentle meditation is designed to soothe you, and is especially good for bedtime or if you are in a flare-up or crash or need to lessen symptoms.
It is to help you surrender to what is, to remove the layer of resistance that causes additional stress.
It will contribute to your sense of self-connection and unconditional acceptance that is so important for your recovery.
