Emotional Freedom Technique Video for Fear and Anxiety

Here is an easy to follow EFT (Tapping) video made by Amari for you to help release any feelings of anxiety, fear and stress that you may be carrying today.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) was particularly helpful in the beginning stages of Amari’s recovery, and it is one of the tools she feels is safe to try, no matter where you are at in your healing journey. It’s gentle, and it’s also super effective.

Tapping involves gently tapping on the meridian points on the face, hands and upper body to help restore and release trapped energy. Alongside physical touch, it includes a way to engage the cognitive mind as you speak out your emotions.

Watch the video below and follow along to start releasing feelings of anxiety, stress and fear you may be carrying. In the video you are shown what to do and say, and you can be sitting up in bed or on a comfy chair or sofa.

Don’t worry if you don’t say every word the same, or if you drop a phrase sometimes; it’s okay to not do things perfectly! In fact, becoming less perfectionist is part of the healing journey.

So be kind to yourself, have a go at the tapping, and see if feelings want to come to the surface. It’s okay, whatever happens.
