The one to one sessions are to support you with where you’re at right now and what you’re needing.

Sessions with Amari give empathetic connection, practical guidance and space for your healing. You will be able to begin to overcome the challenges you are facing, creating more EASE on your recovery journey.

For your first session please send me an email requesting a short discovery call. Then following that you can book coaching and healing sessions on the calendar.

The session fees also include personalised healing resources for you to use day by day.

Sessions with Amari are available as follows:

15 – 30 mins Discovery call £55

60 mins Coaching session £85

90 mins Healing session £120
